The old town of Jávea has the charm and the antique vibe of a a place where culture and history blend in a natural way. The traditional stone architecture is praised to be one of the most beautiful features of the area and has been nicely conserved to delight visitors and travelers.

However, we believe there’s a gap in residences and essential services  for locals that it’s often overlook and tends to lead neighbors to other parts of Jávea. We believe building residences and houses for locals will add and incredible value to the old town and also make such a positive impact in people’s lives.  More houses for locals will bring new energy and commercial initiatives will arise, a flow to the area that is essential to undertake.
