Living by the shoreline

Cala Blanca is a unique shoreline where comprised by two adjacent coves, and connected by stone shoreline. Its name was inspired by the white colour of its rocky cliffs. Tosca sandstone and turquoise water are some of it’s most characteristic features, a place easy to acces and right next to some of the most distinctive “chiringuitos” of Jávea.

A chance for harmony

Ca la Blanca is the place where we we think a sustainable, integrated building is possible. Our ambitious project consists in 28 sustainable apartments that will be located in this extraordinary spot. An all-in-one chance to create harmony in this particular area of Jávea.
