According to the data of the 4th Quarter of 2020 published by the Ministry of Housing, the number of real estate transactions in the municipality of Jávea / Xàbia amounts to a total of 221, -11.95% less than in the 4Q of 2019, of which 3 of them are new housing transactions and 218 second-hand ones. The total number of Housing Transactions during 2020 was 683, -26.08% less than during 2019 (924).
