The fresh energy of the port of Jávea fascinates locals and visitors, this is why is the preferred are to gather and promenade. The port of Jávea is an urban beach with coarse sand or pebbles, and shallow water located in the centre of the Xàbia Bay. A canal provides access to the sea for small boats and the Sailing club is located right at the end of the bay.

the opportunity

There’s no question this area is provided with services, like bars and restaurants, renting, or retail shops, mostly focused on visitors. Even so, we consider the Port needs to be preserved and enriched with houses and apartments for locals. Moreover, we want to expand Jávea’s hotel offer in this area, always making sure these projects are respectful and balanced with the soul and the unique feautures of the port like low height buildings and traditional finishes.
